Information collected
The launch platform collects information you provide through the network navigator, membership application, webinar registration, and newsletter forms.
How information is used
Information is used to review membership applications, recommend pathways and Community Hubs, manage event registration, send requested communications, and understand which programs the community needs.
Profile visibility
Membership applicants choose a profile visibility preference. Profiles are not published automatically and remain subject to member approval and organizational review.
Sharing and retention
Member information should not be sold. Service providers may process information only to operate the platform. Data should be retained only as long as necessary for the stated community and legal purposes.

You may request access, correction, deletion, or a change to your communication preferences by contacting hello@ainetworking.ca.
