About the Founder
Hi, I am Laura Gusoiu, Founder and Executive Director of AiNetworking-Canada.
My journey is rooted in a diverse background spanning healthcare, social education, therapeutic recreation, community development, and human-centered innovation. In May 2025, I published my practical guide, Before and After AI—Build Your Empire: A Practical Guide for Entrepreneurial Success. Diving into that research became the definitive catalyst for launching AiNetworking-Canada.
Through that process, it became clear how profoundly Artificial Intelligence is reshaping the way we think, work, and innovate across employment, education, leadership, healthcare, and society. At the same time, it highlighted a critical need: helping people and organizations navigate these shifts to participate confidently and responsibly.
My Perspective
I do not come from a technical AI background, nor do I present myself as an AI engineer. Instead, I am a curious lifelong learner who recognizes just how vital AI is for our future.
This perspective allows me to connect directly with professionals who may feel uncertain or overwhelmed. My goal is to make conversations about AI:
- Understandable and practical
- Inclusive and responsible
- Grounded in human values
Why AiNetworking-Canada?
I created AiNetworking-Canada because I saw a growing gap between the rapid pace of AI innovation and the ability of everyday professionals, entrepreneurs, educators, and communities to keep up.
Many of us are trying to answer the same fundamental questions:
- Where do I begin?
- How will AI affect my day-to-day work?
- How do I use it responsibly?
- How do I stay relevant without losing the human values that matter most?
What I noticed was never a lack of interest in AI—it was a lack of clarity, connection, and trusted spaces to learn, ask questions, and share ideas.

AiNetworking-Canada was built to be that trusted space. Our purpose is to bring people together around AI not just as a technology, but as a powerful force shaping our work, leadership, and society.
We are here to help you move from uncertainty to awareness, from awareness to participation, and from participation to meaningful collaboration and innovation.
Through interactive workshops, webinars, resources, and community events, we provide a welcoming place to:
